Club Professional - Simon Danby
Simon Danby took over as Club Professional in January 2007 after several successful years as assistant-pro. He is a registered Class ‘A’ PGA Professional - which he gained at the PGA Training Academy at The Belfry Golf Club.
Simon is very popular with both members and visitors and is renowned for his patience and good humour.
The Pro Shop
Scarthingwell boasts a well-stocked professional shop which can cater for most golfers' needs - anything from a new set of tees to a sweater, golf shoes or a new bag.
Simon is available in the Pro Shop for advice, lessons, repairs, retail sales of equipment and clothing, and for any other queries relating to matters golfing.
